Special Instructions
- Steep Crystal in at 65c 20mins
- Take off heat and discard grain
- Add Extract
- Bring to Boil
- Adding bill of hops over 60 mins
- Flame off and chill wort
- Add to carboy, top off with water
- Add yeast
- Ferment until done, rest 2 weeks
- Dry hop for 7 days
