This recipe is based off the Goose Island "The Illinois" bill but for the fermentable used Marris Otter instead of Pale 2-row and the hops are arranged to create less bitter and stronger aroma and flavors. This is the first run and not been brewed yet. I am still working on final recipe and not brewed yet
