Single hop series, Chinook. Back to 2 row, first c-10, inspired my Melvin 2x4, first time sprinkling yeast. Pitch - U 2/14 Day 3 - End temp T Day 5 - Dry Hop F Day 8 - Cold Crash M Day 8 - Keg (25psi) M Day 9 - Reduce (8psi) T OG 7.7 FG 4.0 First dry hop addition is added at pitching. Hopstand dropped to 160. About 12hr into fermenting I realized I may not have added oxygen, so I did 15s and it made the whole thing look like egg drop soup. Fingers crossed. Ferm had started moving by that point. By the time cold crash started the hops had all sunk. Going to give it 12hr then keg. Kind of has a strawberry thing going on, a bit of overripe fruit, getting more esters than hop clarity, but still drinkable. Less bitter than the previous, could be the yeast or also having less Gypsum.
