Added .8 ounces to boil, needs to be more bitter. I also adjusted the efficiency and grain to hit 1.068. Last but not least I changed the yeast to San Diego Super. I also changed the batch size to 8.5 by increasing the brew kettle trub loss, i don't want any hop debri in the fermenter. I might try the funnel and screen when going from kettle to fermenter. I will also keep the mash at 152, i think the last ones were 151, or at least would end at 151. Mash = 8.78, Sparge = 5.37 (Gypsum 15g, Calc. Chloride 3g)
