  1. Protein Rest at 120F for 10min
  2. Saccharification Rest at 154F for 60 min
  3. Mash Out at 168F for 10 min
  4. Ferment at 68F
  5. Mash thin 1.75 quarts/lb
  6. Don't forget 1tsp pumpkin spice in keg!
  7. 2 weeks in primary and 2 weeks in secondary
  8. Put pumpkin in pot with 1 gal water, dissolve, then add to mash that already contains grain, hulls, and water
