- Mash Out at 168F for 10 min
- Ferment at 68F
- Mash thin 1.75 quarts/lb
- Don't forget 1tsp pumpkin spice in keg!
- 2 weeks in primary and 2 weeks in secondary
- Put pumpkin in pot with 1 gal water, dissolve, then add to mash that already contains grain, hulls, and water
