Special Instructions
- Steep grain @ 150 degrees for 30 minutes
- Add DME and bring to boil
- Add 1 oz Fuggles with 60 minutes left in boil
- Add 1 oz Fuggles with 30 minutes left in boil
- Add 1 oz Hallterau with 15 minutes left in boil
- Shred apples and soak in apple vodka for 3 days
- Drain vodka and add apples to secondary
- Split and scrape vanilla beans
- Add cinnamon and vanilla to secondary
- Rack beer to secondary for two weeks
