Special Instructions
- Steep grains at 160 degrees for 30 minutes
- Add DME and bring to boil for 60 minutes
- Hallertau at 60 min
- Saaz at 15 min with irish moss
- 6 lbs frozen blueberries soaked in blueberry vodka for three days
- Strain off vodka, mash and add blue berries to secondary
- Rack beer onto blueberries for one week
