Special Instructions

  1. Steep grains at 160 degrees for 30 minutes
  2. Add DME and bring to boil for 60 minutes
  3. Hallertau at 60 min
  4. Saaz at 15 min with irish moss
  5. 6 lbs frozen blueberries soaked in blueberry vodka for three days
  6. Strain off vodka, mash and add blue berries to secondary
  7. Rack beer onto blueberries for one week
