Special Instructions

  1. Steep Grain 30 minutes in 5 gals @ 165 degrees
  2. Sparge grain with 1 gal hot water
  3. Boil 60 minutes
  4. Add 6 lbs of pilsen DME @ beginning of boil
  5. Add 1 oz hops @ beginning of boil
  6. add 6.6 lbs light LME @ 30 minutes left
  7. add Belgian Sugar @ 20 minutes left
  8. add Irish Moss @ 10 minutes left
  9. add Coriander at 5 minutes left
  10. Chill to 76 degrees
  11. Rack to primary fermenter
