Doubled recipe; made 2 batches. Topped both to 6gal, measured 1.043 OG.
Added 1tsp gypsum at 60min; added 1tsp irish moss at 15min.I brewed too much. I likely dumped 1gal and still kept 6 gallons. This likely accounted for my drop in alcohol. I think my boil-off is less than the calculator defaults to.
