This was done using biab method. Some inconsistencies in the mash and boil. Only reached a simmer boil rather than vigorous boi, had to boil for 120 mins, added first hop soon as reached boil, left for entire boil, then added more at 60 min mark. Beer more bitter than originally planned but hey how, was my first go at brewing. Ended with more wort in fermenter than estimated. Og was therefore lower than predicted at 1051. Pitched at 21c sf05. Fermentation was done in 3-4 days. Fg reading was ...
