Collected 13.15 gallons after second sparge. Strike with 9 gal. Sparged with 6.75 gal. Boiled to 12.75 gal then added hops. Had issues with PID on boiler. Finally resolved at 30 min. Evap high first part of boil. Flame out at 10.85 gal. Left spider in boiler during whirlpool/cooling. Wort was warmer in center after cooling. Drained boiler completely. Measured just over 2 qts trub heavy wort left in boiler and plumbing.
