Historical Notes:• Boiled for 60 minutes. Sulfuric off-flavor present in fermentation. Hopefully will mellow with age.• Brewed very light in color. May be correct, may need darkening on later batches. Review commercial Kölsch examples and see if SRM correction is necessary.
