I got into Home Brewing last year using extracts kits and am moving to all grain using 2 kettles and a cooler. I will be looking to add some automation to the process as I make more batches.

I used cryo hops for my Mosaic and Citra hop additions. The cryo hops are about double the AA, so I halved the Mosaic and Citra additions. I kegged at 20 psia for 3 days and then reduced the pressure to serving pressure for a perfect carb.
