I missed my original gravity. 2 lbs of light DME added.
checked thermometer with digital. mash temp turned out to be 160 for first 20 min of boil. quickly added water and changed mash thickness from 1.25 to 1.45. temp no 150. reset timer for 60 min. added 0.5lb light dme to recipe to increase fermentability a touch. also added 0.5 lb of brown sugar at 15 min.
