Undershot mast temp by 3 degrees (147) added 50oz to mash ton (.4g) and increased temp to 153. 3.8 of adj. total sparge or 1.9 Gallons by 2 sparges needed. raised temp to7 (16.9) fills top line of white vourloff containte 118oz 4 = 122oz *2 = 244oz = 1.9G!
