This was my first attempt at a Shock Top/Blue Moon clone. Ingredients: DME - Bavarian Wheat 6lb 60 min 1lb White Wheat steep 20 min 1lb flaked oats steep 20 min 1oz Hallertauer Mittelfruh 60 min 1.5 tsp lightly crushed coriander 15 min 1 oz bitter orange peal 15 min Safale US 05 dry yeast This recipe gave me an OG of 1.059 and an FG of 1.012 making the beer a nice 6.169% ABV. This beer was incredibly smooth and tasty with no hint of alcohol. I kegged it with 13PSI of CO2 for 3 days, then ...
