Changing recipe to use what's on hand. I've picked the best options: "Red Wheat" for Red Wheat Malt. "Carafa II" for Carafa Special II. "Pilsner - US" for an unknown Pilsner. "Crystal 70L - UK" for C77. "Carapils - Dextrine Malt - US" for Carapils, in place of Flaked Oats. Skipped the rye - none on hand. Hops: we have Crystal.
