Had 2 lbs Pilsner, but using up current ingridents instead: .9 Oats, .15 flk wheat and 1.5 lb 2-row as I had those.
Were targeting a 10 gallon batch; looks like we got more. Changed "Black Weiss" recipe to use what's on hand. I've picked the best options: "Red Wheat" for Red Wheat Malt; "Carafa II" for Carafa Special II; "Pilsner - BE" for an unknown Pilsner. Hops: we have Crystal, unknown AA -- estimating 3% because they're a couple years old. For one 5 gallon fermenter use Wyeast 3056 Bavarian Wheat Blend, for the other use MauriBrew Weiss that expired in 2013(!).
