Brewed on 5/7/17. Post boil 1.48, fermentor Og 1.045. Put too much water. Still miscalculated boil off. Was using bigger pot(4g), though boil off would be more. Tried to boil off more water, boil for 1h 40 min. Still not enough. Used real wort starter, but diluted water to 1.04 and did not decant (1 liter started, dived into 3 and stored 2). Reduced hops by 20 minutes. Bottled 5/31/17 used 1.38 oz priming sugar. 13.6 bottles. About 1.25 gallons. Lots of trub. Fg 1.008 4.7 brix. Used ...
