Detroit water-- Target 175-200 ppm SO4^from 25 Target 100ppm Cl^ from 12 Target 30-50ppm Na^ from 6 Alkalinity=70 Ca=30 1.053 Target O.G.--Brew concentrated wort, diluted by 20-25% to hit target gravities and volumes. Strike with 9.9gal, add 23g CaSO4, 5g NaCl, 6g CaCl, 2mL phos (75%). Target 151F.
