Briess Pale Ale Malt mash 66c for 90 mins .25 tsp Calcium Chlorde & .25 tsp Gypsum into mash.
Following a British Bitter Style with 2 Base Malts and a little Chocolate Colour. Slightly low IBU & higher OG than style.
Adnam's Ghost Ship clone. Made with Suffolk yeast collected from 8 gallon Ghost Ship Pin. First brewed 18th Jan. 2022
Earl Grey English Strong Bitter
Using all Munich II (20L) as base. Experimenting. I like high IBU beers.
