Throw together recipe for oyster roast. Jar of "washed" W34/70 from prior batch, with starter fresh dry packet of same. 1/2 tsp CaCl, 1/2 tsp CaSO to mash water. Left for 2 weeks unattended in ferm cooler (vacation).

trynna. ake a schwarzbier. Voy a ponerle casi 50/50 munich to pilsner malt y anadirle un poquitiiito de roasted barley cus i fuck with that aroma and flavor. For Hops: rely on noble hops. Imma shoot for 30-35 IBU y a?adir aroma hops at flameout or consider whirlpooling.
