Brewing for Brew United 2016, and other comps. 25% Northdown or Target Hops. >20% Maris Otter Pale Ale >20% Golden Promise, Optic, or pearl Barley(Wheat malt or Rye Malt). >5% UK Crystal. Single UK Yeast Strain. Mashed 1 hr, collected 2.5 gal. Collected a total of 6.5 gal of wert. Fern cap at boil start. Pre oil gravity 1.031. At 15 min added .5 north down hops and chiller. En streit ordinary bitter. Klassisk M.O base, litt Crystal og litt Victory for toast. EKG all the way. Usikker på gjær, men kunne tenkt meg å prøve noe som setter litt preg.
