Batch #11 uses Pilsen Malt Extract with White Lab Kolsch Ale Yeast in temp range of 64-68 degrees F. Big change from Batch #5 is ONLY 1 OZ NORTHERN BREWER HOPS INSTEAD OF 2 OZ FOR BITTERING. Also, bottled at 14 days instead of 21 days.
