First creation of TUGA brewery, it had some modifications compared to roasted barley to accentuate the very dark color. Hope you like it.

Brewed 10/9/21 standard mash and sparge Yeast mangrove Jack M03 Newcastle Dark Ale Hydrated Irish moss and add in last 13mins of boil Chillier coil in mash, garden hose tank water NZ winter/spring 95degC of boil 10min temp at 30degC 15min 22degC OG - 1.047 FG - 1.010 Bottled 15/10/21
