Old Skool Brewing clone of their Scottish Ale (matches up to an Irish Red type)
This is our Aran's Red without the roasted barley (a mistake). Efficiency is getting better and the ABV is up, so we called it a "warm" red - SCARLETT. Discussion of what went wrong lead to a Rhett Butler moment! 7-10 gallons of this will be aged in a bourbon/maple barrel.
