Yeast: 3068 - Nov 15 Changes from last brew: 1) Maybe build up a 200 - 250 B cell starter and split in half to pitch about 100 to 125 B cells. Actually, maybe try for 300 and split into 3 diff sizes: 80, 100, 120, etc. to account for viability of stored starters. 2) This batch I will only O2 for 30 seconds and pitch/start at 66 and rise to 69/70 ish.
