Was my 85th all-grain batch made. After 10 or so years, and on my 85th x 3, going back now and re-brewing, adding cane sugar to provide more attenuation as too heavy body first time around (only ding in competition). Original was just Centennial and Amarillo, but decided to use Bravo for some sweet lime mixed with the tangerine and pine/grapefruit. Keeping stats the same: 1.085 OG, 85 IBUs, 8.5% abv, 8.5 SRM
