2 DRY HOPS. #1, 7 DAYS INTO FERMENTATION. #2, 14 DAYS INTO FERMENTATION. AFTER #1, RACK OFF AND INTO SECONDARY FOR SECOND DRY HOP WHICH LASTS AN ADDITIONAL 7 DAYS.
