v4 - apenas scale para 12 litros, brassagem a 68C v3 - voltei a proporcao de lupulagem do flame out e adicionei mais dry hopping. add um pouco de magnun aumentar um pouco o IBU Inicio da Fermentacao a 19.5C e aumentar para 20C no 3o dia e 20.5 no 6o dia, ateh o fim da fermentacao Flame out = lupulos a 85C-75C por 15-20 min. Agua pode ser equilibrada / um pouco para os lupulos Munich por Carahell (ou caramel hell) 170g de Caramunich II (Best Malz) ou 140g Caramunich III (Weyermann) ou 140g ...
