Brew day 3/18/19. Made a 1-liter starter the day before. Dash of lactic acid in strike water (to account for high-pH tap water). Batch sparge (first runnings only). 90-minute single-infusion mash at 148F. 90-minute boil. Last 15 minutes, I boiled the sugar in a bit of water in a side pot, then added that to the main pot. Overall, had lots of losses (grains, hops, dead spaces, etc.), plus I had a stuck mash toward the end, so I only ended up collecting less than 4 gallons. OG was 1.093. Racked ...
