Brandmeester: 66 gram in een bierfles met water. Bonen hebben veel water opgenomen. Met iersmos. Na koeling cold brew toegevoegd aan vergistingsvat. 1.084. Heilige bonen: circa 100 gram. Geen iersmos (!). Cold brew op 80 graden toegevoegd voor ongeveer 3 minuten. 1.090 Smaaknotities: in test (warm) was Brandzaak zuurder dan Heilige bonen.
