Use this recipe as a starter for the standard IPA. 3.6G AW CT 3G RO 4g Sulfate, 3g CaCl for mash. Mashed at GF 72C to yield 149-151F actual mash temp. we will see how this works. 75min mash. suspect some of the head issues have been from very low mash temps. need to purchase long kitchen thermometer if this is actually the case.
