Widmer's page says: BITTERNESS 34 IBU ALCOHOL BY VOLUME 5.4% ORIGINAL GRAVITY 13.25° PLATO MALTS Pale, CaraVienne 20-L, Caramel 80-L, Carapils BITTERING: Alchemy AROMA: Alchemy, Summit DRY HOPPED: Summit, Chinook
cloned last version using all home grown hops with the exception of some remaining perle to use up. Attempt at a hazy pale ale. also used nearly double the original homegrown given previous notes to ensure this ends in the pale range (okay if nears IPA). The stats calculate above normal IBUs and such, but it will probably end lower given the use of homegrown hops.
