Zombie Dust Pale Ale clone found online. It was for 5 gallons but I scaled it down to 3. I am going to use US-05 yeast on this try. Listed other yeasts that showed up online as good for the style. Yeast: (2 ea) Wyeast London ESB Ale 1968 (1 packet) US-04) (1 packet) US-05 Dry hop: Add dry hop amount @ 3 days into fermentation

Clone of Uinta Cutthroat Pale Ale. I'm adding an extra 1 lb of 2-row (12 lb total) and .25 lb of Crystal (1.25 lb total) to compensate for efficiency and be able to reach OG. I added .5 lb of carapils to improve head retention and lace? Mash will be done with batch sparging.
