Changed out the table sugar for a combo of flaked corn and dextrose. Also, co-pitching lager yeast this time. Making a 3.5 gal of wort and then going to top up with chilled water to 5 gal.
Et lavkarbo lager med bra fylde.
Steep grain in 1gal water. Remove at boil. add 1lb malt and 1oz hops to start . boil 20 min. add remaining malt and hops at flame out and steep 15 minutes
