Round 2 - NE inspired IPA
Going out on a limb with this recipe, Im doing a Rye IPA, using flaked wheat and Lactose to give me lots of mouthfeel, and a hazy appearance. In essence, I'm doing a somewhat NEIPA, with Lactose. I will try and leave some notes on how it turns out.

NW IPA
Hop forward black IPA, nose is floral, with roasted notes from the dark malts...should be moderate bitterness taste, with hints of pine and citrusy flavor. We'll see...Yeast should be a well-balanced yeast that produces low esters, produces classic British bitters. Temp is 62-72
