This was the first IPA I tried to make. Made a few adjustments to hops due to availability etc. This is not meant to be a clear beer. It has nice fruity aromas with a nice peachy orange hue.

Fyll kjelen med 2,5-3 liter vann per kilo malt. Varm vannet til det er 3 grader høyere enn ønsket, bruk begge elementene 2500Watt. Når temp er oppnådd slår man av det sterke elementet. Mash thickness of 3.5 – 4.5 l/kg (1.75 – 2.25 qt/lb. Ta ut maltet og skyll med vann på 78 grader til du har ønsket volum. Kjøl ned til under 20 grader.
