Double Dry hopped IPA
Version 4 of a light creme ale using american 2 row, a bit of crystal, corn and rice. This one adds a little corn sugar. It gets a bit hoppier each time that I try a small improvement.
19.97g @Whirlpool/Hopstand for 20 minutes (can be more) is the 1st 19.97g and not at flame out since there's no hopstand choice in the drop down list.
1.6 quarts/lbs 4 quarts/ gallon 1.6 * 13 / 4 = 5.2 gallons mash Mashing 172 F striking temp. Recirculating pump and stirring 15 minute intervals continuous sparge with 172 F water 8 gallons of sparge water
