Looking to reduce the amount of crystal malt from 15% to around 7%, but still attain a similar color using a dark malt. Also used a little carapils to promote head retention and unfermentables. Also looking to use Zythos hop (blend promoted pineapple, citrus, pine) in place of Columbus to promote more citrus.

Summer American IPA
A red IPA that has some tropical fruit to it (Amarillo), around 7% ABV, and 60 IBUs. A special brew put together for Gabriel Schmid's baby shower. BIAB. See Brew Session for strike water details.
