*** SPLIT BATCH - SIMCOE & CHINOOK *** EXPECTATIONS: Pine, grapefruit, and spices. Pretty bitter, but a little bit juicy. Probably a 1 and done beer. - 78% Efficiency - After boil, hold at 180° in oven for 20min. - OG: 1.056 12 DAYS: SG 1.025. Going to swirl to reactivate lazy ass yeast and leave for another freaking week. 14 DAYS: Added a bit of a new yeast starter yesterday, but no activity 24 hours later. Bottling and assuming FG is 1.024. 4.46% ABV
