Dropping the ABV a bit to accommodate more hop flavor/bitterness - Added more changes on 12/5/19 to up initial bitterness
NEIPA with Lalbrew's New England/East Coast Ale strain (supposed to be the dry form of the Conan strain). Bought it form Label Peelers for $5. Let's see how this dry yeast does. Lalbrew recommends a pitch rate of 1 million/ml. Flameout hops are whirlpool hops @ 170F for 20 min. Should yeild approx 40 IBU total.
