Mash: Added 4ml LA and 8g gypsum, 6g CaCl, and 6g MgSO4 to 4gal strike water. pH got a bit too low - just below 5.0. In the future, add one or the other, not both at mash-in. Sparge pH was up near 5.3 and so was pre-boil. Hit it with another 1.5ml LA to get it down, but it didn't do too much. Still in that 5.25-5.30 range. Should be fine though.
