Water additions are all in grams. I forgot to add campden and yeast nutrient. Hop additions are flame out, 180, and 145. Somehow had 9 gallons preboil and so boiled it until achieved target preboil of 1.055 before starting 60 min boil and so first wort hops were in extended amount of time. OG was 1.068. FG 1.011.
168 is too cold for cooler mash tun.
