Water additions are all in grams. I forgot to add campden and yeast nutrient. Hop additions are flame out, 180, and 145. Somehow had 9 gallons preboil and so boiled it until achieved target preboil of 1.055 before starting 60 min boil and so first wort hops were in extended amount of time. OG was 1.068. FG 1.011.

168 is too cold for cooler mash tun. Next time get it to 178 Mash 145 30minutes Added boiling water got to 148 Mashed another 45 minutes then sparge Was in mash tun Hop stand 20 min at 155 degrees Hit OG 1.060 Steeped Amarillo and Mosaic hops 20 minutes at 155 degrees FG 1.008 6.8 ABV Dry hopped 1 week later, 1oz Amarillo
