I got this recipe from an online brewshop so decided to create this recipe on this platform to enable me learn more (being a novice) about brewing such that I can alter grain options, weights and batch size and what the outcome of this is wrt to gravities, ABV and IBUs.

60 Gallon for Barrel aging split into 10 gallon batches for home brewing. Brew 6 batches at once and ferment in carboys. ***Be sure to presoak barrel with water for several days and then sanitize before filling.
