Brew wort and set aside for 1 week to sour. Mash @ 149 and sparge @ 170 degrees.
Sour IPA brewed with a plethora of tropical hops, using Philly Sour yeast and Acidulated malt and lactose. This should be awesome!
Mash @ 152ºF (~67ºC) for about 30 mins use 1oz CTZ hops for the boil squeeze the bag like this guy: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EMm0OWbotgE&list=WL&index=1
