Recipe directly from HomebrewSupply.com. I bought the all grain kit but the recipe is freely available anyway. Says a 5 gallon batch but I adjusted to 6.5 gallons to get the numbers where I wanted them. Doubled initial Chinook amount to adjust for target bitterness.
