32 litros água total. Vitamina C 13 gotas. Uma colher de café de cada sal. 1 litro de mosto starter. 1 litro mosto para congelar. Amarillo direto no fermentador. Fermentar em 18 graus. Inocular 25 graus.
This recipe is very similar to New Year Amber Ale brewed in January, 2021 (outdoors in the snow!). Ingredients cost at Grape & Grains in Greenville was about $50. Welcoming my new brew buddy, Doug Hubbard who is assisting me today.
Use different hops. Could use a little more IBU and a little less dry hop.
