First attempt at converting from extract to all grain
brewed on 10/18/2020 5.0g ground cinnamon, 2.4g ground nutmeg, 3 small pieces of crystallized ginger, finely chopped all added at 5 min left in boil. 100% Austin water treated with camdon tablet 1.064 OG
Use 5.75 gal of strike water at 159 F. Grain will soak up 1.25 gal of wort. Sparge with 1 gal of 170 F water. Should be left with 5.5 gal at the start of boil. Boil for 1 hour, the Anvil System will boil off 0.5 gal per hour in 120 V mode.
