My own recipe to replicate Crazy Mountain Amber Ale from BYO 7/2017. Designed for my daughter in law, MK.
American Ale / Fat Angle Clone. Eff. calculated post sparge at 89%. Yeast pitched at 62F. Used two packages instead of a starter. OG was spot on at just over 5gal. IBU's are a little high, but that's okay, a pure clone would be 28. It's at the top end, but still stylistically consistent.
